Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Amarillo, TX. You will tour residential properties, assess needs, and design foundation repair and water management solutions using our proven systems.

This role offers uncapped commission, comprehensive training, potential for career growth, and large territory autonomy. Travel is required to meet homeowners and close deals in their homes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-based, B2C or in-home sales is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and possible solutions.
• Estimate repairs and present homeowners with proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships and track sales pipeline.
