Job summary

Floor Coverings International Winter Garden is seeking a Design Associate to meet clients in their homes, present flooring options, and close sales with a strong commission structure. You will work with a franchisee/sales manager in a full-time role, leveraging in-home consultations and mobile tech to quote and manage projects.

The position requires self-motivation, organization, and excellent communication; hybrid training and growth opportunities are offered as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Sales experience: 3–5+ years in‑home and/or outside sales.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for flooring service requests.
• Visit client homes to discuss flooring projects and provide quotes.
• Follow the company sales system using provided devices and software.
• Coordinate installation timing with the Office/Project Manager.
• Support ordering of products and maintain customer communication.
