Floor Coverings International Winter Garden is seeking an In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate to meet clients in their homes, understand their flooring needs, and present tailored solutions using our turnkey products.

You’ll thrive if you’re self-motivated, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills, with a willingness to work evenings and weekends to accommodate clients. The role offers a strong base salary plus commissions and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet clients in their homes.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Experience in flooring sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all flooring service requests.
• Go out to client to present services and flooring products.
