Floor Coverings International of Northern Virginia is seeking an In-Home Sales Rep/Design Associate to meet with homeowners, assess flooring needs, and recommend solutions that fit budget and lifestyle. Expect a strong base plus commission and paid training, with full-time hours including some evenings and weekends.

Flexible work-from-home options are available, and the role supports growth in a national leading in-home flooring company.

Formación

• 3+ years' experience as a sales specialist for In-Home/Outside sales.
• Knowledge of home improvements - flooring experience.
• Proven experience building and managing a $1M+ book of business.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Ability to use competitive drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Comfortable with technology.
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Self-Motivated - ability to work both independently and collaboratively - will NOT be micromanaged!
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Possess values of integrity and honesty.
• Coachable.
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence.
• Schedule availability to run appointments on evenings and weekends.
• Valid VA driver's license

Responsabilidades

• Meet with homeowners and assess flooring needs and wants.
