Job summary

Groundworks, North America's leader in foundation solutions, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home consultations and build a book of business across an assigned territory.

You will meet homeowners, present customized repair options, and close sales with uncapped commissions. Benefits include paid training, a company car eligibility, and a path for advancement within a growing, employee-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission-based, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business using warm pre-qualified leads.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and present customized repair options.
• Estimate repairs and present job proposals to homeowners.
• Close sales in-home and maintain customer relationships.
• Track sales pipeline and report to the sales team.
