Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is hiring Outside Sales Representatives (CFIs) in Fairfield, CA and Walnut Creek, CA. You will travel within the territory to perform in-home inspections, assess home issues with homeowners, and propose repair options.

You’ll build a book of business from warm leads and close sales on-site, with travel in the field and regular reporting. The role offers uncapped commissions with strong earning potential, team training, and a company vehicle eligibility based on performance, plus

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer and/or in-home sales is a plus.
• Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus.
• An entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service and satisfaction.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on the issues they have in their home and provide solution options.
• Estimate the repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
• It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.
