Job summary

Groundworks is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (CFI) to conduct in-home inspections, educate homeowners, and close sales within a defined territory in the United States. You will leverage warm leads, diagnose issues, estimate repairs, and present compelling proposals to customers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales is a plus.
• Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on performance and customer service.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business using warm pre-qualified leads.
• Diagnose issues for homeowners and present solution options.
• Estimate repairs and generate job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships and track sales pipeline.
