Job summary

Groundworks, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (CFI) to visit homes, inspect issues, and present repair solutions. Expect to travel within the territory, build a book of business from warm leads, and educate homeowners while offering tailored repair options.

You will close sales in the home and nurture ongoing customer relationships. Top performers earn $200k–$600k with uncapped commissions; company‑provided training, and growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission‑driven sales, B2C and/or in‑home sales is a plus.
• Experience in Construction or Home Improvement is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in‑home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre‑qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on the issues they have in their home and provide solution options.
• Estimate the repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
