Job summary

Groundworks is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to travel within a sales territory, conduct in-home inspections, and grow a book of business with warm leads. You will diagnose issues, educate homeowners, estimate repairs, and present proposals in the home.

Ideal candidates bring an entrepreneurial mindset with 1–2 years of sales experience; commission-based or in-home sales experience is a plus. Company car and defined advancement opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on performance and customer satisfaction.
• 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-based or in-home sales is a plus.
• Construction or home improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate the repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
• Report to home branch for Sales team initiatives and meetings.
