Job summary

You will engage warm prospects via scheduled appointments, demonstrate AT&T products, and close deals with hands-on demos, aiming to meet and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential.

New reps receive paid training and work with a company vehicle for official business.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive; company vehicle provided for official use.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, in-home sales interactions and hands-on demos to customers.
• Close deals by showcasing technology and services, including Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery.
