Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to provide customized, white-glove experiences in customers’ homes. Earn salaries plus uncapped commissions, with top performers reaching up to $100,000. New reps earn between $61,600 and $100,000, depending on geography and performance.

You will conduct hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery during scheduled appointments, driving new connections. Training starts immediately, with ongoing coaching and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive; company vehicle provided for official use.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening.

Responsibilities
