AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to engage customers in their homes with personalized sales experiences. You will conduct hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and product delivery while working in the field and meeting scheduled appointments.

The role offers uncapped commission with the potential to earn as high as $100,000, based on performance and geography. Starting pay ranges from $62,900 to $100,000 includes base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided for official business use only.
• Willingness to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
