Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes. Earn uncapped commissions with top earners reaching $100,000, including base salary of $60,300 to $100,000 depending on geography and performance.

You will be the face of AT&T, conducting scheduled appointments, hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery while driving sales through strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided to you.
• Maintain customer relationships and meet or exceed sales goals.
