AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized in-home experiences. Earn between $61,600 and $100,000 with uncapped commissions; starting pay varies by geography, experience and education.

You will engage warm prospects from scheduled appointments, conduct hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments and ensure seamless tech delivery to keep customers connected. Join a team that trains you up front and supports ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver's license - be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities
