Job summary

AT&T in the United States is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home demonstrations and complete the sale with Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery. You will work independently at scheduled appointments, leveraging uncapped commissions and a strong service focus to meet sales goals.

Weekly hours are 40, with evenings and weekends possible; a company vehicle is provided for official use.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
• Close deals by delivering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments and tech delivery.
• Engage customers using strong negotiation and communication to achieve sales goals.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to educate customers and overcome objections.
