Youth Villages seeks a Family Intervention Specialist to support youth and families in community settings. You will conduct individual and family sessions, assess youth needs, and collaborate with school, court, and other providers to develop a coordinated treatment plan.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a social services discipline is required.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and/or families is preferred.
• Clinical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carries a caseload of 4 to 6 families.
• Holds individual and family sessions 3 times a week.
• Attends weekly meetings for professional development.
• Drives up to 60–80 miles to meet with families.
• Completes accurate documentation in an EMR system.
