Job summary

Youth Villages seeks a Family Intervention Specialist to support at-risk youth and families through in-home services. You will carry a caseload, conduct individual and family sessions, and participate in ongoing clinical development to strengthen treatment outcomes.

The role requires travel to families’ homes (up to 60–80 miles) and accurate EMR documentation. A master’s or bachelor’s in social services is preferred/required, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a social services discipline is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline is required.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and/or families preferred.
• Clinical experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carries a caseload of 4 to 6 families.
• Holds individual and family sessions 3 times a week.
• Attends weekly professional development meetings.
• Drives up to 60–80 miles to meet families in homes.
• Provides on-call crisis support to youth and family.
• Completes accurate documentation in an EMR system.
