Job summary

Youth Villages seeks a dedicated professional for the Intercept® program to deliver in-home, evidence-based mental health services for youth and families. You will work directly in family homes, providing strength-based interventions and developing parenting skills.

Responsibilities include conducting sessions, assessments, and collaboration with schools, courts, and other providers. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline is required.
• Master's degree in social services or related field preferred.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and families is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Cares for a caseload of 4 to 6 families.
• Conducts 3 weekly sessions per family (in-home).
• Maintains ongoing youth assessments and collaborates with partners.
