Job summary

Youth Villages is seeking dedicated professionals for the Intercept in-home program. The role supports keeping families together through intensive in-home services, with sessions multiple times weekly and a collaborative treatment approach.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in a social services field (Master’s preferred), experience with at-risk youth, and strong organization. Travel is an expected part of the role, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline required.
• Master's degree in a social services discipline preferred; strong clinical background is valued.
• Experience with at-risk youth and/or families in volunteer, internship, or paid positions preferred.
• Clinical experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carries a caseload of 4 to 6 families.
• Holds individual and family sessions with each family 3 times a week.
• Attends 3 weekly meetings for professional development.
• Drives 60–80 miles to meet families in homes and communities.
• Collaborates with other providers, case workers, and courts to formulate treatment plans.
• Provides on-call crisis support as needed.
• Documents accurately in an EMR system.
