Job summary

Youth Villages is seeking purpose-driven individuals to join our team delivering the Intercept program in home settings across communities. You will conduct multi-family sessions, assess youth needs, and coordinate with partners to support durable outcomes for children and families.

The role requires a current driver’s license, willingness to travel, and strong organizational and communication skills. Competitive benefits and professional growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required in a social services discipline.
• Experience working with at-risk youth and/or families in volunteer, internship, or paid positions (preferred).
• Clinical experience (preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carries a caseload of 4 to 6 families.
• Holds individual and family sessions with each family 3 times a week, scheduled at the families' convenience.
• Conducts ongoing assessments of youth to determine needs from a strength-based perspective.
• Attends 3 weekly meetings for professional development and booster trainings.
• Drives up to 60 to 80 miles to meet with families in their homes and communities (travel may be required).
• Collaborates with other providers, case workers, and courts to formulate a treatment plan.
• Provides on-call crisis support to youth and family (schedules vary by location).
• Completes accurate documentation in an EMR.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
