Youth Villages is seeking a Family Intervention Specialist to deliver in-home, strength-based services through the Intercept program. You will work with birth families to prevent out-of-home placements and support reunification where appropriate.

The role requires clinical education and licensure in North Carolina, with travel to families' homes and flexible scheduling. Comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a clinical field with supervised experience.
• North Carolina clinical license (LCMHC-A/LMFT-A/LCSW-A/LCAS-A) required.
• Experience with at-risk youth and clinical case management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Carries a caseload of 4–6 families and conducts sessions 3 times weekly.
• Attends weekly meetings for professional development and case review.
• Travel up to 60–80 miles to meet families in their homes and communities.
• Provides on-call crisis support and maintains EMR documentation.
• Collaborates with providers, case workers, and courts to plan treatment.
