Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in a clinical field of study; degree must be in hand at time of application.
• Master's Degree in a clinical field of study; degree must be in hand at time of application.
• Must hold one of the NC licenses: LCMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCSW-A, or LCAS-A.

Aufgaben

• Carries a caseload of 4 to 6 families.
• Holds individual and family sessions with each family 3 times a week.
• Conducts ongoing assessments of youth to determine needs from a strength-focused perspective.
• Attends weekly meetings for professional development and booster trainings.
• Drives to meet families in their homes and communities (up to miles as required).
• Collaborates with providers, case workers, and courts to coordinate treatment plans.
• Provides on-call crisis support as needed.
• Completes accurate documentation in an EMR system.
