Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a clinical field and license in NC if applicable.
• Two years of full-time clinical experience (4,000 hours) preferred for Bachelor’s track.
• One year of full-time clinical experience (2,000 hours) for Master’s track.
• Ability to travel to families’ homes (60–80 miles) and work in home-based settings.

Aufgaben

• Carry a caseload of 4–6 families.
• Hold individual and family sessions 3 times per week.
• Conduct ongoing youth assessments from a strength-based perspective.
• Attend weekly meetings for professional development and boosters.
• Provide crisis support as needed and complete EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with providers, case workers, and courts to plan treatment.
