Qualifikationen

• Two years of full-time clinical experience (4,000 hours) for bachelor’s track; 1 year (2,000 hours) for master’s track.
• Licensure in NC: LCMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCSW-A, or LCAS-A preferred.

• Carries a caseload of 4 to 6 families.
• Holds individual and family sessions 3 times per week.
• Attends three weekly meetings for professional development.
• Drives up to 60–80 miles to meet families in homes and communities.
• Collaborates with providers, case workers, and courts on treatment plans.
• Provides on-call crisis support as needed.
• Documents accurately in an EMR system.
