About Play, LLC is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to serve Charleston, North Charleston, and Summerville counties in South Carolina. The role requires residency in SC and at least 1 year of experience with children birth to six, plus a relevant degree.

The team delivers family-centered services in homes and community settings. Candidates should be energetic, organized, and capable of travel within the listed counties.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, plus 1 year of documented experience with children birth to six years.
• Prior early interventionist, teaching or related child development experience preferred or recent & upcoming graduate with a related degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide family-centered early intervention services to families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities.
• Perform Family Training with the caregiver and child in home, daycare or natural environment settings.
• Provide training, education, and support to families in child development, parenting, and family functioning.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote child development and monitor progress.
