Job summary

About Play, LLC seeks an Early Intervention Specialist to serve infants and toddlers with developmental delays in South Carolina. The role requires residency in SC and the ability to travel within Midlands/Clarendon counties including Orangeburg, Bamberg and St.

Matthews. You will deliver family-centered services in home or natural environments, provide training to caregivers, and support child development with individualized strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of documented experience with children birth to six.
• Must reside in South Carolina for consideration.
• Driver's license and reliable car required.

Responsibilities

• Provide family-centered early intervention services to families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities.
• Perform Family Training with the caregiver and child in their home, daycare or natural environment setting
• Provide training, education, and support to families in the areas of child development, parenting, and family functioning.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote the development of the child.
• Monitor the progress of the child and family.
