About Play, LLC seeks an Early Intervention Specialist to serve in Goose Creek, Summerville, Moncks Corner, SC. Must reside in South Carolina for consideration and have at least 1 year of experience with children birth to six years.

The role focuses on delivering family-centered early intervention services, training families in home or natural settings, and promoting child development. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and willingness for on-the-job training.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Family & Consumer Science, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Provide family-centered early intervention services to families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities.
• Perform Family Training with the caregiver and child in home, daycare or natural environment.
• Provide training, education, and support to families in child development, parenting, and family functioning.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote the development of the child.
• Monitor the progress of the child and family.
