About Play, LLC is seeking an Early Intervention Specialist to serve in Charleston, North Charleston, and Summerville counties in South Carolina. Must reside in South Carolina for consideration and have at least 1 year of experience with children birth to six years.

The role involves family-centered in-home training, coaching caregivers, and promoting child development, with heavy travel (50-75%). A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; prior early intervention or teaching experience

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education or related field.
• 1 year of documented experience with children birth to six years.
• Willingness for on-the-job training; prior early intervention or teaching preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide family-centered early intervention services to families with infants and toddlers.
• Perform family training with caregivers in homes, daycares, or natural environments.
• Provide education and support to families on child development and parenting.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote child development.
• Monitor progress of child and family.
