Job summary

About Play, LLC seeks an Early Interventionist to serve in South Carolina, focusing on infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities. The role emphasizes family-centered services delivered in homes, daycare, or natural settings.

Must reside in South Carolina and be willing to travel 50–75%. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 1 year of relevant experience is required; on-the-job training is available for strong candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education or related field plus 1 year of experience with birth to six children.
• OR Bachelor’s Degree in ANY field plus 5 years of experience with infants/toddlers or birth to 5 years with disabilities.
• Prior early interventionist experience preferred or recent college graduate with willingness for on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Provide family-centered early intervention services to families with infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities.
• Perform family training with the caregiver and child in home, daycare or natural environment.
• Provide training, education, and support to families in child development, parenting, and family functioning.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote child development.
• Monitor progress of child and family.
