Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in our Design Studio invites you to help customers express themselves in their homes through in-store and in-home consultations, driving sales at the cash wrap.

You will promote continued engagement and give customers a reason to stay connected with the Brand. You will demonstrate design expertise, knowledge of current promotions, and provide world-class service, including gift services and special orders, while maintaining product knowledge of the entire design studio

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills.
• Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders across channels.
• Experience in working with elements of design.
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.

Aufgaben

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to drive sales.
• Conduct productive in-home consultations with space measurements.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
• Maintain knowledge of sales and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Provide exemplary service including gift wrap, registry, catalog/internet orders, and special orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of the design studio assortment.
