Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking Design Consultants to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision in a single visit. With company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you’ll build a high-impact career from day one while enjoying full benefits and a clear growth path.

You’ll manage your own schedule, travel locally in your assigned territory, and deliver an exceptional home-design experience

Qualifications

• Backgrounds that do well include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, and other fast-paced client-facing roles.
• No prior design experience required—we'll train you.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend custom window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
