You'll manage your own schedule with company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, uncapped earning potential, and tools such as a laptop and smartphone to support your high-impact in-home sales career.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who builds relationships and helps others make decisions they feel great about.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and visit clients in homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to assess needs and recommend window treatments.
• Design simple, beautiful solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in-home.
