3 Day Blinds is hiring design consultants to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision, all in a single visit. With company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you'll have everything you need to build a high-impact career from day one.

Responsibilities include meeting clients, creating design solutions, closing sales in-home, managing your schedule, and growing your business

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and visit clients in their homes.
• Self-motivated with uncapped earning potential.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments and schedules.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client’s style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
