3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of custom window treatments. Design Consultants meet clients in their homes, design personalized solutions, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

With company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you’ll build a high-impact career from day one while managing your own schedule and growing income through referrals.

Qualifications

• No prior design experience required — we'll train you.
• Backgrounds that do well include sales, hospitality, customer service, retail.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
