Job summary

3 Day Blinds is a national retailer and manufacturer of quality, custom-made blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters. You will meet clients in their homes, design beautiful, custom window treatments, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit.

With company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you will build a high-impact career from day one while traveling locally and maintaining your own schedule.

Qualifications

• People skills and ability to build relationships.
• Motivated by performance and uncapped earning potential.
• Confident, coachable, and able to work independently in the field.
• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.
• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation.
