3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to confident buying decisions in a single visit. With company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you'll have everything you need to build a high-impact career from day one.

You’ll manage your own schedule, grow through referrals, and deliver an exceptional in-home experience from first visit to installation.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or client-facing roles.
• No prior design experience required; training provided.
• Willingness to travel locally to visit clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create simple design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Develop referrals and local networking to grow business.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to installation.
