3 Day Blinds is seeking an energetic Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision in a single visit.

You'll work with company-provided appointments, earn uncapped commissions, and participate in a three-week paid training program. Tools like a laptop and product samples are provided, along with mileage reimbursement and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build client trust.
• Comfortable working in the field and traveling locally.
• Strong time management and scheduling abilities.

• No prior design experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend the right window treatments.
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional in-home customer experience from first visit to final installation.
