Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Houston is seeking an experienced in-home sales professional for our kitchen and bathroom remodel division. You will guide clients through our consultative process, gather product information, and design renderings to present compelling proposals with the goal of closing sales.

The role features generous commissions, performance bonuses, and a clear career track toward senior management, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and training.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience in kitchen/bathroom remodeling with revenue and profitability knowledge.
• Must follow schedule: midweek office half-day and two Saturdays per month plus evening consultations.
• Three references from previous supervisors; positive attitude and high energy.
• Growth mindset and results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales using our consultative process to match client wants with solutions and investment range.
• Gather information on all project-related products to present solutions.
• Prepare full kitchen and/or bathroom remodel renderings using design software.
• Create proposals and materials to close a sale.
• Maintain client communication and celebrate project delivery as a
