Job summary

West Shore Home in Raleigh-Durham, NC is seeking a Design Consultant to drive in-home sales of bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors. You will present solutions, guide customers through a one-call close, and convert warm leads generated by our sales team.

The role features a rotating Monday–Friday and Tuesday–Saturday schedule, competitive base plus uncapped commissions, and an annual bonus program. Veterans and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home or retail sales is preferred.
• Ability to connect quickly with customers in person.
• Comfort with technology and using company systems.
• Strong communication and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements.
• Schedule and conduct in-home sales appointments.
• Guide customers through a one-call close sales process.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Maintain warm leads from the company and avoid cold-calling.
