Closet Factory seeks a motivated Sales & Design Consultant to guide homeowners from initial appointment to a signed project, developing custom storage solutions and presenting clear pricing.

You will meet clients in their homes, build trust, demonstrate product knowledge, and manage follow-up and pipeline to close sales. Training is provided; commission-based earning potential is highlighted.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home consultative sales or related field.
• Strong listening, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present design concepts, materials, pricing clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients in their homes to uncover needs, goals, budget, and priorities.
• Present design concepts and pricing, guide clients to decisions, and close sales.
• Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate client notes and project information.
• Coordinate handoff from sale to production and installation.
