Closet Factory is seeking a motivated Sales & Design Consultant to build relationships with homeowners and guide them through a consultative sales process from initial appointment to signed project.

You’ll meet clients in their homes, listen to their needs, and present custom storage solutions with confidence. This role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge, and achieving sales targets in a commission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative in-home sales or similar fields.
• Strong ability to listen, understand client needs, and propose solutions.
• Ability to manage follow-ups, appointments, and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients in homes to assess needs, budget, and priorities.
• Present design concepts, materials, pricing, and recommendations clearly.
• Guide clients through decision-making and close sales.
• Follow up with leads, quotes, and opportunities regularly.
• Maintain accurate notes and manage sales pipeline from sale to installation.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handoff to production and installation.
• Represent Closet Factory professionally with enthusiasm and client-first mindset.
