Closet Factory is seeking a motivated Sales & Design Consultant to guide homeowners from the initial appointment through a signed project, focusing on relationships, problem solving, and consultative selling.

You’ll meet clients in their homes, assess needs and budgets, present custom storage solutions and design concepts, and coordinate with production and installation teams to ensure a smooth handoff.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience in in-home consultative sales environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confidence presenting solutions and asking for the sale.
• Ability to manage follow-up, appointments, and multiple opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Meet with prospective clients in their homes to understand needs, goals, budget, and priorities.
• Build trust through listening, professionalism, and product knowledge.
• Create custom storage solutions for various spaces.
• Present design concepts, materials, pricing, and recommendations clearly.
• Guide clients through decision-making and close sales.
• Follow up with leads, quotes, and opportunities.
• Manage sales pipeline and maintain client notes and project information.
• Coordinate handoff from sale to production and installation.
