Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant to lead in-home sales for bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors. You will engage customers in their homes, present tailored remodel solutions, and close agreements using a proven sales method.

The role offers a rotating schedule, comprehensive health benefits, a 401(k) match, and uncapped commission with potential first-year earnings well into six figures.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Sales experience; experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is valued.
• Must have a valid smartphone and log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Present West Shore Home products to customers in-home.
• Follow a rotating schedule and attend weekly trainings.
• Guide customers through a one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
