West Shore Home in Indianapolis is hiring a Design Consultant to be the primary contact for customers, delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure agreements for bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors.

You will work a rotating schedule, attend weekly meetings, and guide customers through a one-call close. No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set, with uncapped commissions and a potential $200K+ first-year earnings.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience or background in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Must have a valid smartphone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule with defined hours (9:00 AM–7:00 PM on weeks 1-2; 9:00 AM–7:00 PM Tue-Fri & Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM on weeks 3-4).
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling or lead generation; all leads are warm and pre-set.
• Sales appointments are approximately 2 hours each.
