Kitchen Tune-Up & Bath Tune-Up of Metro Atlanta is expanding and seeks a Kitchen & Bath Designer who can lead in-home consultations and guide homeowners through design and investment decisions.

You’ll own the sale from first appointment to signed agreement, presenting tailored kitchen and bath solutions, maintaining strong client communication, and generating referrals.

Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $300,000 per year with performance-based bonuses and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• You’ve personally closed $1M+ annually in residential remodeling sales
• You’re confident in the home and know how to control a consultation
• You’re frustrated by weak leads, slow internal processes, capped commissions
