Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required; success from retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles also possible.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for in-home consultations.
• Ability to log into required systems using two-factor authentication on a smart device.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Represent West Shore Home in customers' homes and close sales using the company method.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• Work within a rotating schedule and on-site in Birmingham, AL.
