West Shore Home in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Design Consultant to lead in-home presentations and close remodel projects for bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors.

You will work a rotating schedule (Mon–Fri and Tue–Sat), meet with customers, present our sales method, and guide them through a one-call close. No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.

We offer a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, an annual net sales bonus program, and potential first-year earnings up to $200K+.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with customers in person and over the phone.
• Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience or related customer-facing roles.
• Smartphone or smart device to log into required systems with two-factor authentication.
