3 Day Blinds is seeking a design consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them through the purchase in a single visit. You’ll work with company-provided appointments and four weeks of paid training, with uncapped earning potential across a local territory in California.

Qualifications

• Natural people person who helps clients make decisions they feel great about.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.
• Reliable transportation and able to travel locally within a territory.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Create design solutions tailored to client style and budget.
• Guide clients through buying process and close sales in the home.
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to installation.
