Job summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking a Design Consultant to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision during a single visit. You'll work with company-provided appointments, enjoy uncapped earning potential with average earnings of $70K–$100K+, four weeks of paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a full benefits package.

Your territory is your office, and you’ll manage your own schedule, traveling locally and including at least one weekend

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Self-motivated with uncapped earning potential.
• Confident and coachable; able to work independently in the field.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally. Territory is your office.
• Flexible to work at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space
• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget
• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home
• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups
• Build additional business through referrals and local networking
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation
