Qualifications

• You will build relationships and help clients make buying decisions in-home.
• Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service thrive.
• No prior design experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients in their homes to understand needs and recommend window treatments.
• Guide clients through the buying process and close sales in-home.
• Manage your schedule, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Build business through referrals and local networking.
• Deliver an exceptional end-to-end experience from first visit to installation.
